This project, developed in partnership between the University of Madeira, ARDITI and Zomato Portugal, which is recognized as a database of user opinions in number, variety and statistically relevant temporal dispersion, and the University of Madeira, which is recognized the capacity for research and technical and technological development will allow the development of a tool that, powered by a proprietary algorithm, will allow:
1) The detection of sentiment (positive and negative trends) in user reviews;
2) Identify specific points for improvement, and facilitate the analysis resulting from the opinions provided;
3) Allow a macro sentiment analysis by territorial area;
4) Get advantages for the business development of the Zomato team, making the process of consulting restaurants (through the analysis of opinions, faster, more reliable and accurate);
5) Provide the restaurants present on the platform with tools that allow them to detect trends with autonomy and points for improvement of your business.
