Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in force since May 25, 2018 in the European Union. The GDPR sets out the rules regarding the processing by a person, company or organization of personal data relating to individuals in the EU. In addition to strengthening the legal protection of data subjects' rights, the GDPR defines rules and procedures from a technological point of view.

Responsible for processing

ARDITI's services, as data controller:

  • Ensure that the processing of your personal data is carried out within the scope of the purposes for which they were collected or for purposes compatible with those purposes;

  • Collect, use and retain only those personal data that are necessary for the purpose in question;

  • Do not transmit personal data for commercial or advertising purposes;

  • Process personal data for legally prescribed purposes or for the pursuit of services

    at the request of the citizen.

Confidentiality and Privacy

ARDITI is committed to processing your data in a fair and transparent manner, guaranteeing confidentiality and security regarding the information requested from you and ensuring that it will be used only for the purposes expressly indicated and authorized.

Collection and processing of personal data

ARDITI's Site collects the information that is strictly necessary and pertinent to the purpose for which it is intended.

The information collected, by means of the contact form available on the site, is the name, cell phone number and e-mail, destined for later interaction with the citizen.

In compliance with the legal obligation to ensure the security of information systems, provided for in Article 32.1 of the RGPD, the IT Services Division processes personal

data based on Article 6.1 c) of the same law (compliance with a legal obligation). It collects the following data from visitors to its website: date and time of consultation, IP address (Internet protocol), the type of browser used by the visitor and the pages accessed. This data is kept for a maximum of 90 days. The personal data collected is not subject to any analysis, unless there are possible security incidents, in which case, after analysis, it will be communicated to the competent authorities.

Access, security and user identification

All personal information supplied through the contact forms on the ARDITI Site is protected by security procedures that protect it from unauthorised access and disclosure.

Right to access, rectify, update and eliminate data

ARDITI's Site guarantees you the right to access the data that directly concerns you, and to update or correct it, make portability, delete it, limit its processing or oppose its processing, without compromising the validity of the data processing carried out until that moment.

Conservation periods may be modified when justified by the public interest, historical, scientific or statistical reasons.

Social Networks

ARDITI's Site does not use the sharing of contents to Social Networks, and no user data are supplied to Social Networks.
Interaction with existing Social Networks is made through links to ARDITI's Social Networks.
