Each proposal should set up at least one European corner, providing general information about the European Union and how the EU funds science and education cooperation within Europe and beyond. This topic covers citizen deliberation and participation. They should share good practice, tools, and resources and implement participatory and deliberation processes on priority issues in order to deliver on the Green Deal, both at the level of local communities and at a wider scale. They should establish a connection across the diverse participation and deliberation processes across regions and countries up to the European level. They should build on already existing experience and tools, notably open-access ones stemming from EU-funded projects such as the RRI Tools platform. |

Selected projects are expected to advance our knowledge of health impacts and environmental effects and to address and preferably prevent a specific pollution problem involving contamination of environmental resources (such as soil, sediments, air, food, and drinking water). Strategy to promote Portuguese participation in European Union funding programs 2021-2027
Research & Innovation, Erasmus, Space, and Digital
PERIN made available a document for public discussion about the terms for the adoption of a national strategy that aims to double, in 2021-2027, the Portuguese participation in European Union funding Programs, and to attract around two billion euros for Research and Innovation in that period, as well as tripling the number of students in mobility in Higher Education, compared to 2014-2020.
During 2021-2027, there will be different European funding programs that can be complementary to each other – “Horizon Europe”, “Erasmus”, “European Space Programme”, “European Digital Programme” and the “Connecting Europe Facility – Digital 2” (CEF2). To that effect, it is opportune to discuss the lessons for the future, because today we live a new framework to think about the evolution of Portugal in the European context.
The working document “Strategy for the promotion of national participation in European Union financing programs 2021-2027 – Research & Innovation, Erasmus, Space, and Digital” is open for public discussion, inviting all interested stakeholders to submit proposals and/or comments, until December 31, 2020, through this form.

- Analyze and build nutritional Food DB covering the E2E farm-to-fork supply chain including safety, sustainability, cost, localization
- Support the behavioral-change necessary to comply with the nutritional and physical activity recommendations.

- Research institutes with abilities to monitor integrated environmental parameters.
- Seed company, with emphasis on root breeding capabilities.
- Big Food Retailer (Food chains and supermarkets).
